Rick’s Professional Grade XL series brushes are manufactured to the highest professional quality standards. These brushes are designed to hold their shape, provide maximum coverage and an ultra-smooth finish with today’s high performance paints and stains. Our brushes are crafted with Solid, Round and Tapered (SRT) filiments, which ensures the highest level of paint pickup release and coverage per stroke. Finished with a copper, rust-resistant ferrule and also an ergonomic handle made of birchwood giving the user greater control and a much longer lifetime use.

SRT brushes are more expensive, but their naturally shaped, solid filament provides plenty of bang for the buck. From bottom to top, the SRT filament gets smaller, just like a natural hair on your head — thicker at the root and thinner at the tip. It makes it easier to get a good flag into the tip, which is more likely to get paint in and less likely to leave streaks.

CLEAN-UP: For Latex and water-based coatings, wash with warm watr & soap. For Oil Based coatings, use mineral spirits first. Never Soak. Hang to Dry. For best results, store in the provided cardboard protective keeper.
