Product Description

■ Do not tilt the sprayer more than 45°

(a) If spraying upward, the inclined end of the straw should point to the back of the gun.

(b) If spraying downward, the inclined end of the straw should point to the front of the gun.

Prepare the Material

■ To check dilution with the viscosity measuring cup.

■ Be sure to use only the recommended solvent and amount of dilution.

Choose and Install Nozzle

1.Unscrew the big orange nut, and remove the spray head and nozzle.

2.Choose the right nozzle size: the smaller the size, the more delicate and smooth the spray paint effect. The higher the paint viscosity, the larger the nozzle size.

3.Nozzle size corresponding to nozzle color

Choose spray patterns

Rotate the nozzle to the desired position. Paint sprayers have difffferent spray modes from 0 to 90°: (the following three are commonly used)

■ Vertical spray mode: spray from left to right

■ Horizontal spray mode: spray from up to down

■ 45° spray paint mode: spray paint diagonally

Clean up Instructions

1. Empty any remaining (stain or paint) material from the container.

2. Fill container approximately 1/2 full with appropriate cleaning solution. For latex, use warm soapy water; for oil-based, use a cleaning solution recommended by the material manufacturer.

3. Plug sprayer into an electrical outlet.

4. Press the switch of the sprayer until the cleaning solution passes through the spray nozzle for several seconds.

5. Remove container and properly discard the cleaning solution.

How to better clean the container？

Water-based paint can be cleaned with water. Other paints are recommended to be cleaned with a cleaning solvent to prevent product clogging due to incomplete cleaning.

How to prevent the nozzles from clogging?

Dilute the solvent proportionally.Please wash the sprayer gun immediately with the brush. It comes with a cleaning brushes and a clogging needle to unclog any hardened paint left in the machine.

How do I find out what din/s my paint is?

It is better to use a funnel to test the viscosity before adding paint to the container. If the flow is finished within 80 seconds, then the paint viscosity is 100din/s.
