Product Description

Substantially improves paint adherence on surfaces such as cement, plaster, masonry, concrete, brick, or fiber cement, among others, that will be painted with the prior application of this product. Water-based fixative primer, with maximum penetration on porous, painted or new-build surfaces.
It prevents the irregular absorption of the paint on the surfaces, as well as increasing the performance of the paint. Even if there is a darker color under the new coat of paint, less paint will be needed to cover it up.
If the wall has suffered from moisture problems or has imperfections that could affect the paint, the paint fixer will minimize those problems and protect the new coat of paint. Avoid saltpetres and glazes.
Hardens and cleans surfaces in poor condition. Anti-humidity and maximum adherence.
Instructions for use: 1) Stir the product until it is homogenized. 2) Apply on clean and dry surfaces. 3) Avoid shine by diluting according to the absorption of the support. 4) Sand beforehand to guarantee perfect penetration into the surface. 5) Do not apply the product at high temperatures, or on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight. 6) Do not apply with relative humidity above 80%. 7) Carry out tests before proceeding with the final finish.
Solvent for dilution and cleaning: water.
Application method: Brush and roller (indicative dilution: 30% – 70%) – Gun and low pressure turbo (indicative dilution: 30% – 100%)
